It's been 40 years since I first started my hospitality career as a waiter with Sheraton Hotels. Now; I'm embarking on a new challenge; to help teachers maintain their currency.
WHAT
I understand the need to maintain teacher currency and be compliant, so I help take the hard work out of maintaining hospitality teacher currency. FOUNDER

Stephen Duncan - Education Consultant
Stephen started hospitality as a waiter in Angie's; a local Pizzeria in West End, Brisbane. Owners, David and Angie gave him that opportunity back in 1985, since then he has pursued a career in hotels starting with his first appointment at the Sheraton Alice Springs Hotel. Stephen later transferred to Brisbane and Townsville hotels where he held operational and managerial roles in food and beverage, front office and banquets.
A career change led Stephen to transition to hospitality training. Stephen completed further study to attain a teaching degree and later a Masters of Management. His relationship with Sheraton has never been far away with him participating in pre-opening training for Sheraton Hotels in Indonesia and Malaysia. He also managed the Benedict Hotel School in Lucerne, Switzerland. Stephen understands the needs of the industry and the necessity for teachers to maintain their teacher currency and compliance. His next challenge to help teachers maintain their currency too!
